Hi, my name is Coya Renee, a certified life coach and nail technician.  Of the many self-care routines, doing nails has a positive impact because they are constantly visible.  You can read more about that here.

At one point in my life, I was considered an at-risk teen and was told that I would be a "statistic." Being a foster child who later became a teen mom at the age of 16, I often believed the many things people would say. Determined to prove them wrong and build my confidence, I was able to accomplish many goals, which include graduating high school early and immediately enrolling in nursing school (Mt. St. Joseph) at the age of 17.

Seeing that I had a natural talent for braids since a young age, I decided to complete cosmetology school at Paul Mitchell School of Cincinnati and then studied nails more in depth at Moeller Pickens Academy.  I also studied under nail-tech and educator Eloisa Marie Perez, who has designed for celebrities like Cardi B, Black Chyna, and more!  Becoming a licensed hair braider and manicurist, I soon recognized the passion I had for helping people feel the absolute best about themselves. Accepting my purpose, today I stand as both a certified life and therapeutic art coach. I was able to successfully beat the odds by learning myself and focusing on what I had naturally to offer the world - art!

At Colorful Goals Life Coaching, we combine the power of visible nails with life coaching.  Think of your hands like a vision board - by using color theory, positive affirmations, and goal-setting, we make meaning out of nail art.  By combining these visions with self-care, Colorful Goals Life Coaching provides a unique experience for meeting the needs of teen girls.
